What does Subtillis review?
Subtillis reviews project drawing sheets for coordination issues, inconsistencies with specifications, and potential code issues. It brings the finding and its supporting context together so your team can evaluate the issue and decide what needs to change.
Does this replace our QA/QC process?
Subtillis adds another review layer to your process. Your architects and engineers still evaluate the findings, resolve the design, and make the final decisions. AI can miss issues or flag something that is intentional. A completed review is not a certification that a set is complete or code compliant.
How do you handle code review?
Code review depends on the project location, applicable editions, amendments, and the documents available for review. These need to be established for the project. Subtillis identifies potential issues for your team to evaluate against the governing requirements and the project context.
Do we have to change how we produce drawings?
Start with the drawing PDFs and specifications your team already produces. Subtillis reviews the documentation outside your authoring environment, so you can evaluate it alongside your existing production and review process.
How does the free drawing review work?
Start with an introductory conversation about your firm and a project you want reviewed. We agree on the scope, then you share the drawings and supporting documents. We review them and meet with you again to walk through the findings and their sources. The initial appointment is the discovery conversation; the findings meeting happens after the review.
What is included in the free review?
We agree on the documents and review scope during the initial conversation. The free review includes our review of that agreed scope and a follow-up meeting to discuss the findings. No project files are needed to request the conversation.
Can we discuss security before sharing project files?
Yes. Use the review request to tell us about your firm's security, confidentiality, and procurement requirements. We can discuss data handling and access before you decide which project documents to provide. No project upload is needed to request a conversation.
