What does the QA/QC agent check?
The QA/QC agent takes on the review work that usually takes the longest: coordination conflicts across disciplines, missing references, callouts to details that don't exist, missing details, and inconsistencies with the specifications. It can also flag potential code issues. Each finding links to its source so your team can evaluate it quickly.

Does this replace our QA/QC process?
No. Subtillis speeds up a review; it doesn’t replace it. The architects and engineers responsible for the documents still evaluate the findings, resolve the design, and make the final decisions. If you’re an owner or contractor, treat findings as questions for your design team. AI can miss issues or flag something that is intentional. A completed review is not a certification that a set is complete or code compliant.
Can we use the documents we already have?
Yes. Start with the drawing PDFs and specifications you already have, whether your team produced them or received them. Subtillis reviews the documents outside your authoring tools, so it fits alongside your existing process.
Does Subtillis connect to Procore or our document system?
Not yet. Integrations with Procore, Forma, and Newforma are in development, along with document version tracking and PDF markup. Today you upload drawing PDFs and specifications.
