Anti-Spam Policy

Subtillis prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk email ("spam") to advertise or promote subtillis.ai or any Subtillis product or service. This policy applies to everyone acting on our behalf: employees, contractors, and any third party.

We send email only to people who have created a Subtillis account or otherwise requested communication from us, and to individuals with whom we have direct business correspondence. Transactional messages (account access, project notifications) are sent through our authenticated providers with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC enforced on our domain.

We do not purchase or rent email lists. We do not send unsolicited bulk email. We do not permit affiliates or any third party to promote Subtillis through unsolicited messages, and no third party is authorized to send email on our behalf outside the providers named in our DNS records.

Any marketing-type email we send includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently.

To report suspected spam referencing subtillis.ai, contact abuse@subtillis.ai. Include full message headers if you can. We investigate every report.
