Anti-spam policy
Our commitment
Subtillis prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk email to advertise or promote subtillis.ai or any Subtillis product or service. This policy applies to everyone acting on our behalf: employees, contractors, and third parties.
What we send
We send email to people who have created a Subtillis account, requested communication from us, or have direct business correspondence with us. Transactional messages, including account access and project notifications, are sent through our authenticated providers with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC enforced on our domain.
What we do not do
We do not purchase or rent email lists or send unsolicited bulk email. We do not permit affiliates or other third parties to promote Subtillis through unsolicited messages. No third party is authorized to send email on our behalf outside the providers named in our DNS records.
Unsubscribe
Any marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently.
Reporting
To report suspected spam referencing subtillis.ai, contact abuse@subtillis.ai. Include full message headers if you can. We investigate every report.
